10 pieces from recent production. Rigid boxes, folding cartons and constructions that needed solving rather than specifying. Client names and artwork are confidential, so what follows is shown for construction and finish.
Board is cut, the printed wrap is positioned by camera, and the box is folded and pressed on a line rather than by hand at a bench. That is what holds the tolerance across a run, and it is why a smaller quantity stays economic here.
A skincare or cosmetics line is rarely one carton. It is 8 or 12 sizes that all have to sit together on a shelf and look like one family. Running them on the same press, from the same recorded ink formulation, is what stops the small carton drifting away from the large one. It is also why a reorder 2 years later still matches.
Structures that did not exist as a standard until somebody drew one. These are cut on our own sample tables first, folded by hand, corrected, and only tooled once the physical box behaves.
Not shown. Most of what we make belongs to a customer and stays with them. If you are looking for something specific, a hinged-lid with a fitted insert, a shoulder-and-neck box, a drawer with a ribbon pull, ask and we will describe how we would build it rather than show you someone else's.
